Daniel Pomfret Photography is committed to protecting the privacy of personal data under the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK Data Protection Act 2018.

All photographs on this site have been taken with professional digital cameras or are scanned from photographic film. Images are available for home, business and media use. Prints are available using the latest professional inkjet canon printers on professional acid free archival photographic paper. Please see Photographic sale & prices for information on print sizes and prices.

Mounted Prints are limited edition of 100, signed and cellophane wrapped. Mount will be white in colour. Ready made mounted prints are ideal to fit in frames that you can buy from local shopping outlets. All mounts are made using professional long life acid free archival photographic materials. Prints will be made using the very latest in printer technology.

Photographs displayed on this site have been marked for copyright protection and have been bordered in white. Digital online photographs have also been compressed for ease of viewing on the web (some image quality lost). Ordered prints will not be marked nor bordered and will be uncompressed for superb quality.

We accept payment via PayPal and your payment is required immediately to confirm the order. We only ship to the address provided by PayPal so please make sure you have the correct postal address at time of checkout.

We offer a 21 day return period if not completely satisfied and will refund if all items are returned to us within this period. Deliveries are made using Royal mail or other couriers outside the UK. UK customers should expect to receive their order within 7-10 days. International shipping will be longer, up to 28 days to some Countries. Please note that any commercial use of my images would need photographer acknowledgement and approval.

We supply to worldwide addresses. All prices are displayed in English Pound Sterling (GBP). Additional postage charges are clearly displayed before an order is placed. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is shown on our website, danielpomfret.co.uk reserves the right to abstain from fulfilling the order at that price. You will of course be notified, at which point you will be informed of the correct price, and be given the choice to proceed with the order. danielpomfret.co.uk will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delays in delivery. Orders will be dispatched by email, Parcel Force or Royal Mail.

No liability for any claim for damage or non-functionality shall be accepted unless danielpomfret.co.uk is notified in writing by the purchaser within seven days of delivery and then there will be money back guarantee if not fully satisfied.

www.danielpomfret.co.uk will not accept goods for credit or rectification unless such return has been authorised by Mr Daniel Pomfret, and the goods are received in stock condition with original packaging. The purchaser is responsible for deciding on the suitability of the goods offered for any particular use and for the consequences arising from modification of the goods. Descriptions are given in good faith by the photographer.

You may not use the images in products for resale, license or other distribution, unless the proposed use is allowable under a Written Agreement, Contract or Rights Managed (RM) agreement, which should be obtained from the photographer Mr Daniel M Pomfret. All materials on this Web site are the property of Mr Daniel M Pomfret and its license may be protected by intellectual property laws including laws relating to copyrights, trade-marks, trade-names, internet domain names, and other similar rights. Other use of these Materials without Mr Daniel M Pomfret’s written permission is prohibited.
